There are many reasons why exercise is beneficial to your life, but most importantly because it enhances your overall health and wellness. If you exercise frequently, it will help improve, maintain or prevent many health conditions and diseases such as obesity, strokes, metabolic syndrome, type two diabetes, depression, insomnia, dealing with some cancers, arthritis and injuries from falls. By exercising regularly, it can assist you in maintaining your current weight or help you lose weight.
Throughout life we have moments when we are up and down. It is important to cherish the good times and not allow ourselves to fall into a depression when we are down. Depression is a common but serious illness caused by a combination of genetic, biological, environmental and psychological factors.
